3. Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

If you no longer need the part you received, you may request a return.

Process: A standard return shipping fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Oversized or heavy items may incur additional freight surcharges.

4. Incorrect Item Received

Choose this if the part delivered does not match what you ordered (e.g., wrong model or size).

Next Steps: We will provide instructions on whether the incorrect item needs to be returned to our warehouse.

5. Warranty Claims
