Damaged Item Claim Guidelines

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please adhere to the following submission standards:

  • Individual Filings: Each claim must be limited to one part number. Please clearly state the total quantity affected and attach high-resolution photos of the damage.
  • Complete Documentation: All form fields must be filled out in their entirety. Thorough information allows Compartco team to verify and process your request without unnecessary back-and-forth.
  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: To remain eligible for a claim, any physical damage must be reported within two (2) business days of the delivery date.
  • Return Protocol: Please do not discard the damaged item or its packaging. Compartco team will review your photos and advise if the physical product needs to be returned to our facility.
  • Final Verification: All damage claims are subject to a formal review and approval process by the Compartco claims department.
