Please use the form below to initiate your warranty request. All submissions are subject to formal review and must align with Compartco’s established Warranty and Return policies.

Key Conditions for Filing

  • No Automatic Approval: Submitting this request does not guarantee a warranty fulfillment.
  • Data Integrity: Any claims containing missing, inaccurate, or falsified information will be automatically declined.
  • Supporting Evidence: To process your request, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice), high-quality photos or video of the issue, and specific installation details.
  • Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
    1. Improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
    ;2. Misuse, neglect, or electrical system interference.
    3. Standard wear and tear or selecting the incorrect part for your application.
  • Costs Not Covered: Compartco is not responsible for labor charges, diagnostic fees, or any secondary/consequential damages.
  • Timely Reporting: Requests must be filed within the active warranty window; expired coverage cannot be extended.
  • Final Decision: All claims undergo a technical audit by our team and/or the original manufacturer. Resolution; which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit; is at the sole discretion of the reviewing party.
