Claim Submission Requirements
To ensure your request is processed without delay, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Single-Item Filings
Each claim must be dedicated to a single part number. If you have multiple different parts that are defective, please submit a separate claim for each individual part number.
Mandatory Documentation
Accuracy is key to a fast turnaround. Please ensure all form fields are completed in full. Incomplete submissions or missing data may lead to processing delays or claim rejection.
Eligibility Window
All performance issues or defects must be reported to Compartco within the specified warranty period. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe cannot be honored.
Return Procedures
After your claim is reviewed, Compartco support team will notify you if the physical part must be returned to our facility. Please do not ship items back until you have received specific instructions from our team.
Manufacturer Oversight
Final approval for all claims is governed by the original manufacturer’s warranty policy. Compartco facilitates this process, but the manufacturer’s terms and conditions ultimately apply to all replacements or credits.
